At Main Hoon, we want you to have a smooth and satisfying shopping experience. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.


1. Returns Eligibility

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect
  • The item is unused, unopened, and in original packaging
  • Return request is made within 3 days of delivery

Due to the nature of fragrances, we do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind
  • Personal scent preference

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or wrong product:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
  • Share:
    • Order number
    • Clear photos/videos of the product

Once verified, we will offer:

  • Replacement (preferred), or
  • Full refund

4. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed only after inspection of returned item
  • Refund will be issued via:
    • Bank transfer / JazzCash / EasyPaisa (depending on your payment method)

Processing time: 5–7 working days after approval


5. Shipping Charges

  • If the issue is our fault (damaged/wrong item):
    → We cover return shipping
  • For any other approved return:
    → Customer bears shipping cost

6. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled before dispatch only
  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible
